OPINION| Lawrence David| It seems that everyday brings an additional reason to suspect that the attempt to remove President Trump is a much more widespread than the American people ever could have envisioned.
Remember this Tweet from the ‘whistleblower’s’ lawyer?:
Sadly, it appears that the ‘whistleblower’s attorney, Mark Zaid knew exactly what he was tweeting.
WASHINGTON (AP) – The FBI last month requested an interview with the whistleblower whose complaint fueled the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump and Ukraine, a person familiar with the situation said Wednesday.
An agent from the FBI’s Washington field office reached out to the whistleblower’s lawyers last month to seek an interview about the substance of the complaint, according to this person, who insisted on anonymity to discuss the request with The Associated Press.
As far as we know, the interview never happened.
Why do I get the feeling that if the whistleblower used a sniper rifle to end this president’s run, the FBI would yawn, issue a report and move on to protecting against the next threat to Washington’s corrupt establishment?
It’s impossible to ignore the lengths that the FBI went to while trying to build the first case for impeachment against President Trump.
When the FBI wants an interview… really wants an interview… nothing stands in its way. At least that is what I believe I learned from the Russia hoax.
Early morning no-knock raids and SWAT team deployments, under cover of darkness, were dispatched to intimidate Trump associates Paul Manafort and Roger Stone – elderly white collar gentlemen who posed no threat to those who were seeking their cooperation.
And then, this. Nah, I don’t think I want to talk to you.
After those extraordinary and illegal measures to prove Russia collusion, it’s hard to dismiss the appearance that the FBI has moved on to avoid evidence that would prove Impeachment 2.0 is a similar hoax.
FUBAR … IN MY OPINION
