Opinion| Lawrence David| More and more the November election shapes up as a choice between forced/coerced uniformity of thought and expression, and the rights of individuals to freely express themselves according to their moral, philosophical, and political beliefs.

We are facing a world where we either embrace the far-left’s most radical agenda or we will face being publicly ostracized and our families abused.

Last night Tucker Carlson revealed that he had to move after the fascistic left publicized his home address and attacked his house…

Carlson revealed that he has learned that The New York Times, once the standard for reporting and still recognized as a paper of great influence, was preparing to again doxx him, apparently in an attempt to silence and/or punish him over his views…

Nearly two years ago, an unruly mob aligned with Antifa vandalized his previous home forcing him to move to his current residence.

“Last week, The New York Times began working on a story about where my family and I live.  As a matter of journalism, there is no conceivable justification for a story like that. The paper is not alleging we’ve done anything wrong, and we haven’t. We pay our taxes. We like our neighbors. We’ve never had a dispute with anyone. So why is The New York Times doing a story on the location of my family’s house? Well, you know why. To hurt us, to injure my wife and kids so that I will shut up and stop disagreeing with them.”

“Editors there know exactly what will happen to my family when it does run.  I called them today, and I told them. But they didn’t care. They hate my politics. They want this show off the air. If one of my children gets hurt because of a story they wrote, they won’t consider it collateral damage. They know it’s the whole point of the exercise: To inflict pain on our family, to terrorize us, to control, we say. That’s the kind of people they are.”

This is the new, New York Times, a newspaper that exists in its current anti-American format only because of the First Amendment, but that chooses not to respect that same freedom of speech to anyone they disagree with.

Sounds an awful lot like their doing the work of Communist Chinese Party and Russia who are sitting back and enjoying the divisions being caused by the cancel culture.  Biden, Schumer, and Pelosi’s embrace of this action should scare the bejeezus out of Americans of good conscience.

Only last week, Bari Weiss, an editor for The New York Times Opinion section who says she ran the opinion section as a “centrist,” published a scathing resignation letter alleging that “intellectual curiosity” is now a liability at the “once-great” newspaper.

…”As places like The Times and other once-great journalistic institutions betray their standards and lose sight of their principles, Americans still hunger for news that is accurate, opinions that are vital, and debate that is sincere. I hear from these people every day. “An independent press is not a liberal ideal or a progressive ideal or a democratic ideal. It’s an American ideal,” you said a few years ago. I couldn’t agree more. America is a great country that deserves a great newspaper.”

Now comes the greatest challenge of all… convincing the Times’ Kool Aid drinkers that their trust in the paper has been misplaced…
