Oligarchy:  a government in which a small group exercises control especially for corrupt and selfish purposes

Oligarch: a member or supporter of an oligarchy

Opinion| Lawrence David| | Mike Bloomberg is an oligarch.  He admitted as much during last night’s weekly dumpster fire masquerading as a debate.

Listen to the former NYC mayor addressing the 2018 midterm elections when the Democrats flipped 40 House seats to gain control from Republicans:

The lack of awareness of the wider world outside the debate stage seems to constantly elude the seven clowns still standing as Democrat presidential pretenders.

“Let’s just go on the record.  They talk about forty Democrats.  Twenty one of those were people that I spent $100 million to help elect.

“All of the new Democrats that came in put Nancy Pelosi in charge, and gave the Congress the ability to control this president I bought, er, I got them.”

To put this amount of money in perspective, just four years ago a typical House race would cost the winner $750,000 to $1 million.  Bloomberg simply used his massive wealth to overwhelm his opposition.

President Trump’s record on behalf of the American people has earned him the enmity of Oligarchs across the political spectrum but for voters it has not gone unappreciated.  According to Rasmussen Reports, the president’s approval rating on Tuesday hit 52%.

The American oligarchy is out of fashion.  Dead of its own excesses.

Let’s remember that on election day in 2016 Donald Trump’s approval rating was 37.5%.

You do the math. It’s not going to matter who emerges with the Democratic nomination.
