Ocasio-Cortez’s Lies Finally Catch Up To Her After Attacking President Trump & Alleging His 4th Of July Parade Was “Poorly Attended”

Kirsters Baish’s Opinion| Democratic New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez questioned why the White House conducted a “Salute to America” celebration on July 4th at the Capital on Thursday, while she claimed migrant children were stuck at the southern border with no toothpaste or soap. She went on to say that Trump’s event was “poorly attended.”

“Trump spent millions on a poorly attended, 1 day parade days after saying he couldn’t afford toothpaste & soap for caged children,” AOC tweeted on Friday, going on to say that the President is holding children “hostage to secure billions for their abusers:”

According to Breitbart News, “There are a number of mistruths in the freshman lawmaker’s tweets. Migrants in U.S. custody have access to basic hygienic products. U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Arizona released a video of chief patrol agent Roy Villareal debunking many of Ocasio-Cortez’s past claims. Feminine hygiene products, clothes, water, toothbrushes pre-loaded with toothpaste, formula, and diapers are readily available to those who need them.”

Strangely enough, Ocasio-Cortez even admitted earlier in the week that immigrant were handed shampoo at the border:

And to be clear, Trump’s “Salute to America” event was far from “poorly attended,” even though the weather wasn’t great. Photos taken at the event show the crowd stretching all the way to the iconic Washington Monument:


“Our nation’s creativity and genius lit up the lights of Broadway and the sound stages of Hollywood,” the President said during his speech. “It filled the concert halls and airwaves around the world with the sound of jazz, opera, country, rock and roll, and rhythm and blues.”

“It gave birth to the musical, the motion picture, the western, the World Series, the Super Bowl, the skyscraper, the suspension bridge, the assembly line, and the mighty American automobile,” he continued.

“It led our citizens to push the bounds of medicine and science to save the lives of millions,” Trump said.

There were seven flyovers at the event, which included the United States Navy’s Blue Angels as well as a B-2 stealth bomber:
