Kirsters Baish| It has been reported that new court documents prove that the infamous Comey memos did in fact contain classified and confidential material.
This material is said to have included the name of a “confidential source.”
DavidHarrisJr.com reports that since the memos contained classified material, Comey “clearly violated the Espionage Act.”
Comey did admit that he handed over four memos to a friend who works as a professor. The professor confirmed.
DavidHarrisJr.com reports that the professor also “admitted freely that Comey asked his friend to give the memos to the NYT. He knows the law, but he willingly committed the crime anyway, such is his hatred of Trump. Trump said he was going to drain the swamp, but he didn’t say the swamp would like it.”
The FBI previously pushed back on March 1st and wrote to Judge Boasberg, an Obama appointee, saying that the memos were still redacted and classified and should remain under seal to avoid interfering with Mueller’s inquisition — Mueller’s witch hunt ended a few weeks ago, so the judge asked the FBI to file an opinion about the release of Comey’s memos.
David Archey, the lead FBI investigator for Mueller’s witch hunt, told the court that since the special counsel investigation has concluded, portions of Comey’s memos can be released — David Archey informed the court that material from Comey’s memos will continue to remain under seal and redacted.
The FBI is set to file a further declaration on or prior to April 15, 2019, in order to explain why the remaining redactions on the Third Archey Declaration remain necessary.
Newly released FBI court documents suggest that Comey and others launched their coup against President Trump because they didn't like his "foreign-policy decisionmaking."
