Opinion| Mark Sidney| THIS IS MY OPINION| The DS, who we believe is in, what will end up being, their final death rattle, just took another scalp today.
This one belonged to long time Trump friend and GOP ‘OG’, Roger Stone.
Stone, who made his bones with the Nixon administration, was facing 7 counts, for what are referred to as ‘process crimes’
According to Wikipedia, a ‘Process Crime’ is:
“Informally, in criminal procedure, process crime is an offense charged by a prosecutor alleging criminal conduct related to an investigation of a crime, but not to the crime itself. Examples include obstruction of justice, perjury before a grand jury and misprision of a felony. Also it can involve a misdermeanor, but punishment of crime is much lower.”
‘… but punishment of crime is much lower” … unless you helped Trump in his historic election victory over Hillary Clinton, in which case you are going to die in prison, just like Paul Manafort likely will.
NBC’s headline reads “Roger Stone, confidant of Trump and WikiLeaks connection, found guilty on all seven counts”
The GOP operative was charged with making false statements, obstruction and witness tampering tied to his pursuit of Russian-hacked emails in 2016.”
Wait, what? I missed when it was proven that Wikileaks got the Podesta emails from ‘Russia.’
The ‘fact checkers’ will tell us that Mueller proved this.
There is just one issue … ok, there are thousands, but first, let’s look at this one: MUELLER NEVER EVEN INTERVIEWED ASSANGE, NOR KIM DOT COM, who claimed to have been involved in the transfer of the data from the DNC to Wikileaks.
Let me assure you, the DNC hack wasn’t even a hack. It was an insider with a memory stick. I know this because I know who did it and why. Special Counsel Mueller is not interested in my evidence. My lawyers wrote to him twice. He never replied. 360 pounds!https://t.co/AGRO0sFx7s https://t.co/epXtv0t1uN

Here is where I am forced, by the ‘thought police’, to tell you that this is just hearsay.
However, I think I can ask (without getting banned by FB, or my reach but by another 90%) why the hell did Mueller refuse to interview these guys???
Could it be that the entire premise, that Wikileaks is a ‘Russian’ intel operation is … Bravo Sierra?
Again, the official story, the one ‘proven’ (lol IMHO) is that this is the case, but I am not so sure.
Anway, Roger Stone may die in prison because of this story, so it is important that we get to the truth of what really happened. After this report from NPR, we will explore, what I believe to be, the holes in this story…
NPR reported on the verdict:
Roger Stone, a veteran Republican political operative and longtime confidant of Donald Trump, was found guilty by a federal jury in Washington, D.C. on Friday in his false statements and obstruction trial.
The verdict, announced after two days of deliberations by the jury, adds another chapter to Stone’s long and colorful history as a self-described dirty trickster.
It also means Stone, who is 67, likely faces prison time, even as a first-time offender. Stone stood as the verdict was read on all seven counts in this case but did not speak.
Stone was arrested in January at his home in Florida on charges brought by former special counsel Robert Mueller as part of the Russia investigation.
Stone pleaded not guilty to making false statements, obstruction and witness tampering. He did not take the stand during the trial…
In the indictment, Stone was accused of lying to the House Intelligence Committee about his efforts to discover what WikiLeaks planned to do with thousands of hacked Democratic emails it had in its possession. The House committee was conducting its own investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election.
WikiLeaks ultimately did release the emails during the campaign, which became a major talking point of the election that Donald Trump went on to win.
During the six-day trial, the government presented emails and text messages to try to prove its case that Stone lied to Congress to hide his efforts to contact WikiLeaks — including by telling lawmakers that he had no records concerning hacked emails or the anti-secrecy group.
I’m not the only one who questions this story. I think I am in the best possible company on this one too.
William Binney, the former technical director of the NSA, a man who I like to refer to as the ‘original Snowden’ for this whistleblowing back in the beginning of the miliena also doubts the story.
Keep in mind Binney, who many consider to be one of the top experts on metadata is asking questions … and dropping bombs too.
The big difference between he and I, is that Binney got to analyze the data …
So Roger Stone may die in prison for … trying to contact Wikileaks?
When is this guy going to prison?
This video sure did not age well …
Listen to Assange.
I know, I know, ‘he’s a Russian agent’ … I think you are smart enough to figure it out for yourself, the DS doesn’t.
